Dennis Quill has been with Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware since September 2002. Currently, he is Senior Vice President – Finance and CFO with responsibility for Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, and Facilities and is a member of the Executive Team. His primary responsibility is to assure that the organization has sufficient funds to meet the expanding needs of Delaware’s youth and that the organization is in good financial health.

Dennis is an experienced operational and financial manager with more than 40 years’ experience as a senior manager and consultant. Prior to joining Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware, Dennis was a Vice President for Phoenix Management Services, a Chadds Ford-based turnaround management firm. He is a Certified Turnaround Professional. In addition, he has provided management consulting services for the Siegfried Group and McBride Shopa & Company. Previously, Dennis served as the Director of Strategic Planning and Analysis for EA Engineering, Science and Technology, a $100 million (revenue) international environmental services consulting firm.

Dennis has written and lectured on such topics as the benchmarking process, corporate planning systems and product management. Dennis has an MBA with a concentration in Economics from the University of Delaware and a BA in History from LaSalle University. He resides in Long Neck, Delaware.
