MyClubHub

Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware Families, say hello to MyClubHub! The Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware is working to implement a new Club management technology, called MyClubHub. This system was designed by Clubs, for Clubs, in partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of America and will support our staff, families, and other stakeholders.

Specifically, a few of the benefits to our families include:

Automated Payment System: Ability to set up auto-pay or pay to account; Notifications and reminders for upcoming payments.

Online, User Friendly Registrations: Register your child for membership and some programs online with a clear process; Ability to register more than one member at a time.

Easier Enrollments: Mobile/Tablet compatibility; Improved confirmations and reminders from system; Vastly improved user interface.

Better Engagement with Club: More self-service options within the portal for questions that were asked over the phone; Ability to view when a member checks in at the Club; Improved communication abilities from the Club (text messaging, email).

Most of all, the system will allow us to better focus on what’s important: our relationship with you!

Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act

The Delaware Sex Offender Central Registry is maintained by the Delaware State Police State Bureau of Identification (SBI) and provides public access to searchable records for individuals required by law to register as sex offenders. The registry is updated regularly and allows users to search by name or geographic area.

How to Access the Registry
Parents, guardians, and community members may access the registry in the following ways:

  • Online: Visit the Delaware Sex Offender Central Registry website

  • Email Notifications: Register through the website to receive updates when changes occur within a selected geographic area

  • In Person: Request information at a Delaware State Police troop, the Delaware State Bureau of Identification, or a public library

Important Information for Families

  • Schools and child care providers are not required to maintain or interpret sex offender registry information.

  • Law enforcement agencies are best equipped to answer questions about registry listings, offense details, and community notifications.

  • Registry information should not be used to harass, threaten, or unlawfully harm any individual. Misuse of this information may result in civil or criminal penalties.

For the most accurate and current information, families are encouraged to consult the Delaware Sex Offender Central Registry directly.
