Pat has been an employee of Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware since November 2011 as Director of Regulatory Compliance. Pat provides technical support, coaching and training to all Club and School sites to ensure high quality standards and practices.

Prior to working with Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware she worked for the Office of Child Care Licensing, YWCA, Children’s Aid Society and NYC Child Protective Services. She earned a Bachelors in Psychology from St. John’s University and her Masters in Education from Concordia University. She holds the National Directors Credential and is a Master Level Instructor for Delaware Institute for Excellence in Early Childhood.

Pat is married and has four children and four fur babies. She is a mixed media artist. She also loves scrap-booking, gardening and hanging out at the beach.
