Millie Charnick has been with Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware for 17 years. She began her career as a Program Director upon the opening of the Oak Orchard Club in Millsboro in 2001. She has moved up the ladder to Unit Director, Executive Director, Regional Director and now Vice President of Operations for the Southern Region covering 8 Clubs and 13 school sites.

Millie has attained her Administration Credential through the Delaware Department of Education. She is an official trainer for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware. She belongs to the Professional Association of Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware where she serves as Treasurer and sits on the Committee for the Youth of the Year Selection event. She is also a member of the Millsboro Chamber of Commerce, The Millsboro Kiwanis Club and was a charter member of the Long Neck Rotary.

She resides with her husband in Millsboro and is a devoted mother to 3 children and 6 grandchildren.
