Vice President of Human Resources

Diane Dennison is the Vice President of Human Resources for the Boys and Girls Club of Delaware effective May of 2022. Diane has spent the last 25 years working for both the YMCA of Delaware and more recently the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh, beginning as Program Director and then transitioning to Human Resources and Leadership Development roles. Diane has both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Delaware State University and holds a Professional Human Resources Certification. Diane is also a Licensed Clinical Social worker with diverse experiences in the mental health /social services field.
