Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware is proud to honor Brian Daisey, Club Director of our Laurel Boys & Girls Club as the 2025 Joseph H. Dulin Staff of the Year! Brian’s 25 years of dedicated service to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware reflect the very attributes that defined Joe Dulin’s legacy—unwavering commitment, deep care for children, leadership, and innovation.
Over the course of his career, Brian has served in many roles which have equipped him to be such a strong Club Director who has built strong, trusting relationships with families and ensured high-quality programming. He leads with professionalism, adaptability, and confidence, continuing to lead with a child-centered focus while strengthening overall Club operations.
A strong advocate for youth development, Brian serves on the Youth of the Year
Committee, supporting and uplifting young people as they develop leadership skills and
confidence. Over the past two years, he has worked closely with Club youth who earned
recognition in the NBA Math Hoops and MLB STEAM League, resulting in major trips
to compete in high-level competitions that will have a lasting impact on their lives.
We are incredibly grateful for Brian’s dedication to our mission and his unwavering commitment to our members. This award is a well-deserved recognition of his hard work, and we know he will continue to inspire greatness in our youth for years to come! Congratulations, Brian!
About the Joseph H Dulin Staff of the Year Award
The Board of Directors and the Dulin Family established the Joseph H. Dulin Staff of the Year Award when Mr. Dulin retired after 30 years of service with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Delaware. This award is presented to the staff member who best exemplifies the following positive attributes of Joseph H Dulin: dedication to the job as illustrated by performance above and beyond what is normally expected; a concern for the well-being of children; support for the mission of the Boys & Girls Club; concern for the welfare of other staff; a positive role model; a leader and an innovator.
