The Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware in partnership with the Red Clay Consolidated School District intend to submit an application to the State Department of Education for a 21st CCLC grant. The grant will support an academic-focused after school program for students at Shortlidge Elementary, Highlands Elementary, and Richey Elementary.
