Trisha Moses has been with Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware for 18 years, serving in a number of diverse roles including; AmeriCorps Volunteer, Education Director, Unit Director, Regional Operation Team Leader and currently as Vice President of Operations-Regional. Throughout her tenure, Trisha has helped the Boys & Girls Clubs during some of its most challenging times, contributing significantly to its growth and positive impact on youth across Delaware.
Trisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Special Education, K-8, and MBA. She is a Certified Early Childhood Administrator with a specialty in School Age and has attained an Early Childhood Administrator Credential through the Delaware Department of Education. A University of Delaware Institute for Excellence in Early Childhood certified trainer, Trisha specializes in relationship-based adult learning and instructing, as well as coaching and mentoring. She has over 22 years of experience working with children, 15 of those years as an administrator.
In addition to her role as Vice President of Operations, Trisha has served as the lead on several organization-wide endeavors; the AmeriCorps Governor/Mayor Initiative, Beau Biden Foundation Stewards of Children Program, and President of The Professional Association for Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware. In October 2017, Trisha was named Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Professional Association, Professional of the Year – Northeast Region and on 2021, Smyrna Rotary’s Person of the Year. She currently serves as a member of the Delaware Racial Justice Collaborative, NCC Chamber of Commerce, EPA Emerging Mobility TA Steering Committee, National Coalition of 100 Black Women, and the Delaware After School Network Leadership Council.
