Trisha Moses has been with Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware for 14 years. She has served in many different capacities since 2003; including Americorps volunteer, education director, unit director, and now as Regional Operation Team Leader and Executive Director for upper Kent and New Castle County Clubs.
She has a B.S. in Special Education, K-8 and is pursuing a M.S. in Finance and Organizational Leadership. She is a Certified Early Childhood Administrator with a specialty in School Age and has also attained an Early Childhood Administrator Credential through the Delaware Department of Education.
A University of Delaware Institute for Excellence in Early Childhood certified trainer, Trisha specializes in relationship-based adult learning and instructing, as well as coaching and mentoring. She has over 22 years of experience working with children; 13 of those years as an administrator.
In addition to her role as Regional Operations Team Leader, Trisha also serves as the lead on three of the organizations major initiatives and partnerships, Americorps Governor/Mayor Initiative, Beau Biden Foundation Stewards of Children Program, and as President of The Professional Association of Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware.
Trisha resides with her husband and family here in Delaware; she is a devoted wife and mother to seven children and grandmother to one grandson.
