Robin Maxwell Roberts is an accomplished and results-driven senior leader with over 20 years’ experience in the financial services, gaming and hospitality and nonprofit sectors. She was a Vice President of Human Resources for Caesar’s Entertainment, the world’s largest gaming organization, and prior to that she was with Dover Downs Hotel and Casino. She currently serves as Chief of Staff for Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware with leadership oversight of Marketing, Fundraising, Grant Development, Human Resources and Board Development.
Ms. Roberts has her Master’s Degree in Training Design and Development from Penn State and her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Delaware in Education. She also has her Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification and is an active member of both the national and the Delaware Society For Human Resource Management. She is also a member of the Brandywine Valley Association of Fundraising Professionals.
She is committed to serving her community and has served on several non-profit boards including the HR Committee for United Way of Delaware and City Team Ministries, a food pantry and homeless shelter that serves the needs of the underserved communities in Chester, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.
