Please join me in congratulating Lalana Ahmed. 

 

Lalana embodies our spirit of customer service in the true sense of serving others, 

and she consistently demonstrates her understanding and appreciation that “customers” include fellow employees. 

 Lalana’s patience when answering accounting or budgeting questions, and her willingness to help at a moment’s notice, have contributed greatly to an increased understanding of accounting principles and procedures. 

Even during the very busy and demanding budget process, which has been unfolding over the last several weeks, 

Lalana has taken the time to talk through problems or meet with Directors.  

Perhaps most importantly, her positive attitude and welcoming demeanor 

have helped set a customer-service tone for our organization.
