Reception – Dancing Bull Chardonnay

Appetizer – Grilled sugar cane skewered shrimp served over a fennel, orange, and chervil salad with crispy salsify sticks

Salad – Baby mixed greens and baby arugula tossed with watercress, shaved fennel, toasted pine nuts, sundried blueberries and a citrus vinaigrette; Dancing Bull Merlot

Intermezzo – Lemon sorbetto

Entrée – Grilled center cut filet mignon served with a pearl onion demi glace, red bliss and Manchego mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus; Dilla Calcinaia Chianti Classico

Dessert – Chocolate hazelnut gelato
