Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware Annual Bowl-a-Thon Fact Sheet
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware annual Bowl-a-Thon is
an
annual event that raises money for the educational programs provided by the
Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware across the State. Businesses and individuals
form teams, collect pledges, and enjoy a fun night of bowling, prizes,
music, and more. How do I participate?
Register as an individual or form a team! Ask your co-workers, neighbors,
friends, and family to join you for a fun-filled night of bowling to support
the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware. Individual bowlers will be placed in a
lane with other bowlers who are there to have fun and help a great

Teams
are composed of 6 bowlers including a team captain. Each team member is
required to pledge or raise a minimum of $50– in pledges (but we encourage
you to raise more!) Ask your co-workers, neighbors, friends, and family to
join your team and bowl with you at a fun-filled night to benefit the Boys &
Girls Clubs of Delaware. Click here to

YES!
Encourage others to join you at the Bowl-A-Thon and form their own team.
Start a mini-league amongst friend and family and compete for fun! How do I raise pledges?
Bring
your pledge envelope to work, school, around the neighborhood, civic
organization meetings, the gym and ask people to support you at the Boys &
Girls Clubs Bowl-A-Thon. All monies raised go directly to the Boys & Girls
Clubs of Delaware educational programs and the 30,000+ children they serve. What if I’m not a good bowler?
It’s not about skill, it’s about fun! You do not have to have any bowling
skills to participate. You just have to be willing to have fun!
